D.B. Elbow Extensions

Start Stop
This triceps exercise emphasizes the medial head of the muscle and is an excellent accessory exercise for the bench press. The exercise is performed similar to the d.b. skull crusher except the weights are lowered perpendicular to the body. Start and finish the weights close together to emphasize triceps. Take care not to pull out on weights on extension (this would incorporate more shoulder).
