cable tricep pressdown with d.b. bicep curl



This is an example of doing simultaneous agonist / antagonist motions which is also referred to as reciprocity. The advantage to doing these together is you double the work in unilateral exercises (in the same amount of time). Also, by performing separate motions together, you are forced to focus on form and posture. Try to time the lifts evenly.
