Dips between 2 step benches



The triceps dip between two benches gives the advantage of allowing you to position your hips between your hands while performing the motion. By doing this, you minimize the rotation placed on your shoulders and keep the motion closer to its true form (upright, suspended, between two bars). I like this motion for beginners because I can control the depth of the motion (and minimize stress on the shoulders). Set height of stepper platforms so that when in the bottom of the range of motion, the hips are only slightly off the ground.
