Close Grip Push Ups



Close grip push-ups are a great compound movement for the chest, shoulders and triceps. Start motion with palms down on floor, fingers pointing forward and thumbs touching, back and legs straight, head position is neutral with upper back. Next, lower your body (elbows out) and touch bottom of chest to the top of your hands. Press and exhale as you perform the push up making sure to fully extend elbows at the top of the motion.
